Paper/Abstract Submission

Extended Abstract should be a brief description of your work, and it can highlight the main contribution of your presentations. Any graph, chart, diagram, scheme or table for better understanding of your work will be highly encouraged. Due to the space limitation, the length of the extended abstract is limited to a maximum of two pages. Attendees should submit the Extended Abstract of ISFRMT 2024 through the symposium e-mail: isfrmt@126.com. The submitted Extended Abstract will be subjected to the reviewing procedure by the invited members of Scientific Committee of ISFRMT2024.

Poster Presentation:
① The dimension of poster should be 120 cm high and 80 cm wide, using JPG, PNG, GIF, or PDF file formats.
② Poster presentation should include the title, abstract, main text figures and/or tables, diagrams and conclusions. Please include your contact information (names, affiliation, address, phone, fax, e-mail). Use of color in the poster presentation makes visual communication more effective. Textual and graphic illustrations should be kept simple but effective.
③ Please send the electric version of posters to isfrmt@126.com. Please print the paper version of posters by yourself (without adhesive).
④ Authors or their representative must be in attendance to set-up their display and to present their posters at the session time designated in the scientific program. The organizing committee would give each poster flash report for 1 minute. Please prepare 1-3 pages PPT ahead of time, and strictly control the presentation time. -
BEST POSTER AWARD
Some excellent posters will be awarded by the Organizing Committee of the Conference. The winners will be selected by the members of Scientific Committee of the Conference. Attendees including postgraduates and undergraduates who present a poster at the conference are eligible for the poster award. If you are student poster author, please take a special logo at the registration site to stick on your poster.
