        ISFRMT2020 will be held in Qingdao.

        Qingdao (also spelled Tsingtao) is a major city in the east of Shandong Province on China's Yellow Sea coast. It's one of the world's busiest seaports and a nodal city of the One Belt, One Road Initiative that connects Asia with Europe. Qingdao has been named China's most livable city by the Chinese Institute of City Competitiveness. It has a pleasant climate and beautiful scenery with the winding coastline, island and beautiful buildings.

       Qingdao is one of the first places to hold international events in China. The sailing of the Olympic Games was held in Qingdao in 2008, which witnessed 11 gold medal winners. The 18th summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization also was hosted in Qingdao in 2018. Multinational naval events commemorating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy were hosted successfully in Qingdao recently.

        Qingdao has convenient traffic. Qingdao Liuting International Airport (TAO) has open many scheduled passenger flights to major cities in the world, e.g. London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Sydney and Singapore. Alternatively, international arrivals flying to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) can conveniently take domestic flights or high-speed railways to reach Qingdao within two or four hours.
